Shipping & Return policy

 

When will I receive my order?

 

All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order will be shipped with either UPS or DPD depending on your destination country. Orders in Belgium are generally delivered in 24H once with the currier. Please allow 2-6 business days for orders outside of Belgium. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once we prepare your shipment you will receive a separate email with tracking information. We reserve the right to ship your order within 7 business days in exceptional cases.

We ship within the EU countries:  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

 

What are your shipping costs?

 

Belgium : domestic shipping and handling is €6.5 for orders under €69. You will receive free shipping for orders over €69

 

France, Netherlands, Luxembourg,Germany: €8

Remaining EU countries in the list mentioned above: €10

 

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

 

How can I change my shipping address?

If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at hello@marmiskin.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t be delivered to you.

 

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within a few hours after you place your order to hello@marmiskin.com, there is a chance we can cancel it. If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, please contact us at hello@marmiskin.com. If your order is unopened you can return it for a refund minus the shipping and handling costs.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

 

Can I return my order for a refund?

Only unopened orders can be returned and refunded. You contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. If your order comes back to us unopened we will refund you minus the shipping and handling fees applicable. Please email hello@marmiskin.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.
